By passing the scarifying rake through your lawn, you cut out the moss, giving your grass more growth points. Scarifying works best if you do one square meter at a time. You should treat each square meter twice: horizontally and vertically. This crosswise approach to your lawn yields excellent results. If large bare patches have appeared, you can reseed them.
