How often do you sweep your garden paths? If you do this once a week or every two weeks, a scrubbing broom will be very beneficial!

If you regularly sweep your patio or path with a sturdy broom and some water, you will have less trouble with weeds, mosses, and algae.

When can I expect moss and what should I do?

In late summer, algae and moss start forming on tiles and paving. Your garden paths will look green and become slippery. The latter, in particular, is not very convenient if you use these paths daily. Therefore, our advice is to sweep regularly, certainly once a week or every two weeks. If you keep the top layer of the street 'in motion', algae and moss cannot take hold.

Does a leaf blower work?

Does blowing your path clean with a leaf blower work? Unfortunately, that doesn't work against moss and algae. That's why we offer the moss broom – good old-fashioned and most effective.

Instructions for use

There are several ways to remove green growth from your patio tiles. Often, the well-known scrubbing is enough. Try this first with hot water; this usually works immediately. If this doesn't work or if the patio is too green, use soft soap. Add some soft soap to warm water and spread it over the patio. Then use the moss brush or broom to scrub the tiles clean. Afterwards, rinse the surface with plenty of water.
